Has someone worked out what conditions need to be met to use the compensations in

cl fueling target compensation b (ect)?

I'm interested as my rom has quite large compensations > -1.470 depending on the load and coolant temp.

I'd like to know when these are applied compared to the lower compensations (-0.294) in table A, as this must be using quite a bit of fuel during warm up.
