Will it be possible to log parameters from inputs 80,81,82? I would like to use them as a warning from EGT, AFR.
On the occasion of the logger, does anyone know how to edit the graphics of the displayed parameters in the dashboard - I would like to create a picture in the style of a counter. Are there any skins available? Is it possible to set the sound warning in the logger?

It is already possible to log Pin 80,81,82 though with an effect of a slightly reduced sample rate.

You can log these right now:
S_ASC - SW - Torque Reduction Request = Pin 80
S_MSR - SW - Engine Drag Torque Reduction = Pin 81
S_GS - SW - Torque Reduction Request - Gear Shift = Pin 82

Do you have any info when it is going to be released for the public??

I recently turbocharged my 328 and thinking of megasquirt because I like racing features like 2step and flat shift.
If it is going public soon I will wait

Thanks for all the contribution here

I don't plan on doing any drag racing so I am biased. I like the Idea of a "No lift to shift" function.

Anything to speed up the time between shifts would be super helpful for the bigger turbo guys.

I wanted to read if anyone of you already uses the 80,81,82 entries? How do you use it? In the near future I would like to use the second O2 probe input as AFR after switching from two probes to one. Does anyone use such a solution?
Do you know when the new code will be available? Maybe there is a test version available?

I ran one probe for a while to cater for both banks using the setting in romraider, It worked but i now run both probes again and my AFR further down the line.

Can someone log the switches:

S_AC Air Conditioning
S_KO Compressor "ON" Signal

I think one is 'Request' when the AC button is pushed, and the other is an acknowledgement from the AC Compressor that it is ON.

Just tested. Both of your asked values turn to 1 as soon as AC button is pressed, however there is another "S_KO_REL SW - Compressor Relay", which turns to 1 after a delay.
Here I attach a short stationary log file, where you can see that the first time I pushed AC button, Relay had quite a bit of delay. Following tries had shorter delays.

same, only Compressor Relay does not turn ON.

Engine off:
S_KO_REL always stays 0.
other two goes 1 as soon as AC ON is pressed and both goes 0 when AC OFF.

can you try unplugging the 1 wire connector on top of the AC compressor? does that have an effect on which one shows in RR?

No effect whatsoever. With cable unplugged and engine off, only S_AC S_KO and turn to 1 on button press. Relay stays 0. As soon as I started the engine, Relay turned to 1 also.

However, I'm only 90% certain that this 1 wire cable has proper contact as I remember it being torn off a year ago. Can't remember exactly when I fixed it, but it seems fixed. And AC works.

If you feel like results should have been different, maybe another test on another bmw would be good.
