I guess it is finally time to remove the cat:D. Can't wait for public release.
Huge thanks to Abhishek, Kyle and everyone else who has made this possible. It is truly amazing what you can do with a stock ecu.

Now i know ignition cut is working at the deisred RPM and the amount or retard i Input works i am wanting to hook up a swith over pin 80.
I am wondering if anyone has anymore insight to as to where the easiest / best place would be to tap into Pin 80 at this stage just for text purposes.

Any feedback would be welcomed or if anyone else is Beta testing and has had success with Pin 80 then it would be great to hear from you.

I've started looking into it, even though i'm far from you state,
For me the easiest is on the asct module plug in the glovebox on passenger side.
Remains the question which one is it.

Remember, you also need a 5V source. It would be ideal if the ASC module plug had a steady 5V on it. If not, I wonder if a standard 12V to 5V DC-DC converter would work. the 5V levels may not exactly match the ECU but, might be close enough to (worst case) either clip, or be slightly below threshold.

Assuming 12V is easy to find near there. Maybe the glovebox light?

Here are some messages from 'mustgetmods' to me during testing.

In the folder is my arduino program if you want to see how i apply 5v to the pins

Easiest way would be to use a 7805 Voltage Regulator and closest 12v supply :)

So if I understand correctly whit this new relese on ms 41 if I put 5 volt whit a swich in the clutch pedal I can made a huge pop and flame if I change gear with out lift the throtlle, wow.

Injector remain wide open and when I put down the clutch pedal the ignition lowers?

Correcly if I m wrong.

Thanks

How about this.. Is a usb adapter stable enough to provide the needed 5v?

I would hope so. But like someone said a 7805 should be adequate. Add a 10Kohm resistor in series for safety?

Or, pin 44 ecu, 5v supply to tps and Fuel tank pressure? It's just reference voltage. Not much current I belive

Ignition cut will be connected with vehicle speed in ms41.3? That would be great. Launch control like in ms41.2 but with ignition cut :D
