MAF Limit = 2048 kg/hr

in your log can you post with more parameters like
Coolant Temprature
Throttle Position
Lambda integrator

from initial log you posted mixture becoming dangerously lean
when changing MAF i found nissan Maf to be a way better alternative than BMW MAF and cheaper too
i think its better to start a separate thread to discuss your matter and sort it out

Hi, noob question here, but where is the 2048 kg/hr mode found in the 256kb file?

I did a full read last night and opened it up in RomRaider, but I couldn’t find any dropdown menu to select this mode. In my partial file I have 2048 kg/hr EDIT available, but it seems this function has to be enabled first. Am I missing something?

I’m running the Nissan slot MAF with a 1.9kOhm resistor

Thx to all the hard work you guys have done, it is truly mind blowing.

Edit: appears I answered my own question, I see the dialog box for 2048 kg/hr MAF mode in the full flash file.

Just need to change and flash now

It isn't possible to activate the 2048 kg/h mode with MS41.0 ID40? Upgrading to MS41.2 will be needed?

By just adding the code in the xml first? I can check tonight at home if the 2048 kg/hr mode activation will be available in the MS41.2 ROM's I have.

Am sure I saw it before, but can't find it in mine MS41.0.

One more question, after activating the 2048 kg/hr mode it is just dividing all table values by 2?

By the way something I can't understand is that I can only import the 24kB file in RR ECU Editor for map defenitions. However, as described here, the 2048kg/h mode will make modifications the programming code outside the calibration area so within the 256kB file.

How could it modify something inhere if I only import the partial file within RR ECU Editor. Is that the reason I can't see the 2048 kg/h mode and am I doing something wrong? Or is my way of thinking simply incorrect here.

Catching up on this topic again. Reading it all over again, but still having the questions below. Hopefully anyone can answer them.

1) activating this mode in RR with my MS41.0 ID40 doesn't look like to be possible, but with MS41.2 stock ROM it is. Any options or should I upgrade to 41.2?

2) If it is activated, is it just as easy as pasting the MAF scaling in it again and there will be no 1024kg/h limit anymore? Or will be dividing all values by 2 needed as I read on MS41 wiki. Still not clear for me.

3) Read that it will be increased by modifying the 256kB binary. But in RR editor I only import and export the 24kB file, where are the modifications for activating 2048 kg/hr mode saved then?
