hello guys,
is it possible to reload a different input file with the same softwareversion, so that it doesn´t mention the filename from the former input file in the window header?

No. The input file used to create the IDA database is the file listed in the header. To open a new file start by opening the new or other bin file in IDA. If the two bins are of the same version then you can export an IDA dump file from the initial disassembly and import it into the new file disassembly to copy all the you have defined and commented in the new project.
