Hi, i am reading Full Dump with Kess v2 v4.036 and Bench Wiring with BootMode for 6seconds.
I am getting 512kb Bin, but memory region from 0x000000 to 0x070000 is totally empty (FF) everywhere. Should it be like that :?:
0x070000 to 0x7FFFFF is occupied.

I am trying to get ISN Number to emulate EWS3 because i cannot figure out how to delete it in software :(

Normal for KESS! Kess never did true fullread only partial and fill with FF for rest.
Also at Bosch M5.2.1, not true fullread ... as every ecu i tested some times ago.

Use K-Tag and you will get bdm fullread.
Why not use JMGarageTool or kims flasher?
ISN located in 3ED4 - 3ED9.

Why would you use ews delete?

So only ews delete isnt enough.
Choose right com port?
You known if you use emulator u need ews3.3 emulator (not ews 3.2!!) ? There is no chinese emulator for this type of ews modul.
You can use ews delete file but not with kess ... so need another program for this job.

Its EWS 3.3 or higher.
3.2 is a version of EWS 2.
So you need EWS 3.3 Emulator only option that I know is from Robin for this Modul.

Thats a little secret here  .
You can contact FileCloud he can delete it for some less money (think ~100 oder 120€ per File).
Told him that you also swap in other chassis and he will done the rest for you (VSS...).
But not in Kess File! For Fullreads Kess is rubish.
