 Post subject: looking for ms430064 XDF file.

Hello i read ecu file from ecu and i got ms430064 version. i cant find XDF file for that ecu. maybe some1 have and want to share with me Smile?

This isn't a TunerPro software forum. There is a RomRaider xml definition file in the definition sticky.

I know sorry just i think its same here.

I tried open map with bmw ms43 definition What i found there in forum but i got msg "definition not found" or something like that.

Because of only MS430056 are supported here!
I dont know a MS430064 XDF or damos out there.
Downgrade to MS430056 oder upgrade to MS430066.

to write new ms430056 version i have to turn ecu into boot mode right?
can i do it with ecu connected to car just put GDN to PIN and turn keys on ignition? then try to connect by some flasher?

Maybe also Kims Tool can flash it, i dont test it.

Forgive me for bringing up an ancient post. So Cloudforce, your are confirming that mss5x can flash in bootmode for downgrading / upgrading software versions?

No need bootmode for downgrade / upgrade.
You can flash Full File (512kb) of Version 56 to it an it will run, done it many times and 99% works.
Only for VIN and ISN... Change (UEFI) you need bootpin.
