I was curious to get additional insight regarding these maps:

KF_M_IND_PWG_TKW1 and TKW2


The numerical values of both maps are identical. Can this be some kind of engine torque limiter?

There are also:
KF_PWG_M_TKW1 and TKW2
KF_TALLFS_PWG_TKW1 and TKW2
KF_PWG_LLFS_FAK

Just to confirm, yes the two maps KF_TALLFS_PWG_TKW1 and TKW2 are the IACV part load maps. I am not 100% sure but I think kf_tallfs_tkw_fak_ll__tkw is IACV at idle coolant temperature dependent, kf_pwg_llfs_fak__pwg_kor__n is some sort of IACV correction factor table dependent of RPM and throttle. Not sure what the KF_M_IND_PWG tables are for but I see there is an m_ind_asc_as and m_ind_asc_lm_as. Maybe kf_m_ind_pwg is related to the traction control?

You really do like to dive into the less explored parts of the MS42/43

The KF_M_IND/ip_tqi_pvs tables are static models on how much torque the stock engine makes at different throttle positions and rpms.
They are an integral part of the MS42/43 torque management accompanied with the KF_M_IND_LM/ip_tqi_maf table.

Once again I have no full insight in how the torque logic exactly works but two things they are used for is calculating torque reduction(which is reported to the asc/dsc and automatic transmission) and the driving torque at the clutch.
