Can't download logger definitions

Can't seem to download the logger definitions to my laptop (windows 10). I'm using firefox browser,, when I download the definitions,, it converts to a Bing html file and won't un-zip. I'm definitely not great at this stuff,, any help would be greatly appreciated. Wade

have you tried downloading with chrome? ive used firefox before with no issues downloading so not sure what way you're doing it and its not working.

I had to remove Chrome from this laptop,, the "google crash handler" program kept locking it up.
