When I go to load the stock full ROM into RR, it gives a series of errors (Pictured)

The first error I get is immediately after I load the full ROM "MS41 Logger Definitions.xml: Error Loading. Unknown Exception."

The second error after closing that first error "ECU Definition not found, do you want to choose one?"
I choose "MS41 ECU Definitions v0.45.9"

After choosing the definitions file I get the third error "This Definition does not seem to match, do you want to load it anyway? The first Rom in the Definition will be chosen."
This definition works fine for partial reads but not full

If someone could tell me what I am doing wrong or what I'm missing in order to read and modify full reads that would be greatly appreciated!

(This is for a '97 Z3 Roadster 2.8L)

Maybe there are no options to change in your full bin.
I can load 1437806 full bin with no issues using MS41 ECU Definitions v0.45.9.

That doesn't make sense in my newbie brain because I'm able to change things in the partial read but not the full read off the same ECU. Is there an explanation for that?

Yes. Tuning is to be done in the partial only. The creator purposely left the full bin undefined.
Why write 512KB when you only need to write 24kB, the tuning maps in the partial.
This is described in the definition thread right above the download link.
