make sure and use the "windows online" or "windows offline" but not the "Windows Offline (64-bit)) one. Also double check you have uninstalled the current 64bit java runtimes before installing the 32bit one and you should be good to go.

Thank you very much! I will try that. Honestly i asked from my brother to look for it and he looked only at the java site because he said he is afraid to download a virus
