So im having issues and I cant figure out what im doing wrong. my laptop wont connect but it does recognize the tactrix cable. i have the cars and ecu definitions as well as the v370 in a folder. It will load but it wont read anything from the ECU then typically comes back and says its not connected to anything. I have already tuned the car with the tactrix cable so it should be okay. Any insight on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.
