I'm not sure which version this started on and can't find out because the old installers are not on GitHub but this used to be fine and the issue is now present.

Example:

<table type="BitwiseSwitch" name="CID1120 supmask" sizey="4" category="ECUPeriphery">
<bit position ="31" name="21 Exhaust Gas Temperature B1"/>
<bit position ="30" name="22 Exhaust Gas Temperature B2"/>
<bit position ="29" name="23 Short Term Fuel Trim B1"/>
<bit position ="28" name="24 Short Term Fuel Trim B2"/>
<bit position ="27" name="25 Learned Fuel Trim B1"/>
<bit position ="26" name="26 Learned Fuel Trim B2"/>
<bit position ="25" name="27 Int V B1"/>
<bit position ="24" name="28 Int V B2"/>
<bit position ="23" name="29 Atomospheric Sensor"/>
<bit position ="22" name="2A MAP Voltage "/>
<bit position ="21" name="2B Evapo leak diagnosis monitor 1"/>
<bit position ="20" name="2C undefined "/>
<bit position ="19" name="2D Advance Adjustment (set via CONSULT)"/>
<bit position ="18" name="2E Cor Idle Rpm"/>
<bit position ="17" name="2F Position"/>
<bit position ="16" name="30 Pres Reg"/>
<bit position ="15" name="31 Inj Start Tim"/>
<bit position ="14" name="32 Inj Start Tim"/>
<bit position ="13" name="33 Inj Start Tim"/>
<bit position ="12" name="34 Target AFR"/>
<bit position ="11" name="35 Intake Cam Advance Angle B1"/>
<bit position ="10" name="36 Intake Cam Advance Angle B1"/>
<bit position ="9" name="37 Intake Cam Advance Angle B2"/>
<bit position ="8" name="38 Intake Cam Solenoid Duty B1"/>
<bit position ="7" name="39 Intake Cam Solenoid Duty B2"/>
<bit position ="6" name="3A VTC target operation angle"/>
<bit position ="5" name="3B VTC target angle (for the P-gain)"/>
<bit position ="4" name="3C Timing"/>
<bit position ="3" name="3D Inj Timing"/>
<bit position ="2" name="3E VRO2 maximum value"/>
<bit position ="1" name="3F undefined"/>
<bit position ="0" name="40-5F sup"/>
</table>

<table name="CID1120 supmask" storageaddress="0x3F0A"/>

On the ROM I have open, 0x3F0A to 0x3F0D are as follows:

3C 0C D0 01

See attached screenshot. RomRaider is only recognising the first byte. This was not always the case but I haven't checked for a long time. Tried both 32-bit and 64-bit RomRaider on multiple PCs.

Sorry I missed this. I'll try sizey=1 and 32-bit storage type. Thanks.
