Currently running JRE 8u441 on Windows 7. I am getting a null pointer error message when trying to load a few tables. Any ideas if this is a Java issue or my configuration isn't correct?

are you sure you're running 32bit java? it wants to default to 64bit when you go to installing it so be doubly sure you have only the 32bit version installed. Also have you tried clearing your settings and re-downloading the ecu defs etc. ?

It was the definition itself! Saw completely different options with one xml I had downloaded then found a more recently updated xml. Whole time I was convinced something went wrong with Java after all the trouble I had getting my environment setup.
