Hello. Could anyone of you, please, help me? I installed RomRaider step-by-step and it works fine but the problem is I can't choose "Enable Fast Polling Mode" in the TCU section, it's seen in the context menu but it's grey, so clicking on it gives no result. Nevertheless I can choose "Fast Polling Mode" for the ECU. Do you have any idea why "Fast Polling Mode" is available to be chosen in the ECU section but I can't choose it for TCU? Thank you in advance for any help!
Car: 2006 Subaru Legacy IV 3.0R H6 (SI-Drive) EDM
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Java version 8 update 341
RomRaider version: 1.0.0
Connected to the car by just a regular VAG-KKL cable, protocol I've chosen is SSM K-Line (the most amount of parameters and the only that connects)

The TCU doesn't support it.

Ok, thank you for ensuring me. Well, TBH I guessed that but one guy I've spoken to have gathered data and he could use Fast Polling Mode in the TCU (I had almost the same amount of parameters and I had about 5-6 frames per second while he has had about 18). He had gathered data 10 years ago and he's not sure why I can't do this as he didn't use RomRaider quite some time and by the way some people on forums are advising others to use "Fast Polling Mode" in the TCU (while for some this is unavailable too) and that's why I asked. There's no way for enabling it? It would help me a lot as I tackle one specific shift shock problem under only specific circumstances and high refresh frequency is sensitive at the point of front brake pressure level rising and engaging Front Sun Gear.

If you think your TCU supports that mode, you can change the logger.xml file to enable the option.
Edit the logger.xml file you are using and change the value circled to true. Save and start up the Logger. The option should now be available to select. If it works, great, let me know.
It's possible that old TCUs don't support it but newer ones do. Overall, TCUs have had limited testing when it comes to logging.

Thank you very much!! It's available now to be chosen! Tomorrow I will connect RomRaider and try to gather some data, thank you once again!

EDIT: to avoid bumping I will just write here that it surely works 100%! Now "Enable Fast Polling Mode" is available and selected automatically at Logger start and it really works, FPS rate raised from 5-6 to 19-20, thank you very much once again!
