one of the errors suggests maybe you had some things picked for logging before you connected to the car and that value isn't available on the car you're trying to log:

If its ones of those cheap cables with the CH340 chipset I've found them to be super unreliable.
Try closing romraider then remove your settings.xml file (in the user profile .romraider folder) - then open romraider editor to setup your config and then open the logger to configure that. Make sure the com port doesn't change and then try connecting to the car again. If no good then clear out your log file and try it again so the log only has 1 attempt in it to look through.
