The log says the the serial port Flow Control setting can not be configured. We want to disable flow control as all we are doing is listening to data from the WBO2.
Same serial hardware as the old computer?

The Flow Control setting is already set to "None" on my side. I’ve also tried both "Xon/Xoff" and "Hardware" options, but the same issue appears in the log each time. Yes, the serial hardware is the same as before — the only difference is the laptop itself. Both the old and new laptops are running Windows 10 64-bit.

I'm not sure why the Logger is having a hard time setting the flow control. Is the COM port free when you launch the Logger?
Usually if it was busy the Logger would report that instead. This is a USB-Serial adapter you are using?
