hi so im having a problem i was using the logger to log an ecu then it stopped now i cannot open any of the softeware i have uninstalled and reinstalled many times manyy restarts delete and reinstall java but no luck anyone had the same problem or know anything that can help me get it working again

Try deleting the settings.xml file, it's most likely corrupt.
C:\Users\<your_username_here>\.RomRaider\
