Looks like you bought the wrong adapter. You need a PSOP44 to DIP40 to fit the TL866 - question is which 4 Pins go missing?
@kairaspo, which one did you buy?

Hey so i ended up buying the right one and was able to successfully flash the chip. Although right now im lost for words. I did a bad flash with a weak battery like and idiot and cant even get the car to idle anymore. I also notice when i load the ecu with msquick flash theres a whole bunch of dtc’s that i clear but for some reason they stay in the memory so any pointers from here on out would be greatly appreciated
