so ive used pazzi's suggestion pops and bangs using the fuel restore rpm above the limiter along with changing the other 2 settings with no avail.. i get nothing? ill attach my partial dump for you guys to see if ive done anything wrong but i cant imagine thats the case.. i want loud pops and bangs btw..

tested what pazi said and it kinda works  got straight pipe on 2 mufflers set the dashpot at 4100+ to 60% all the way through tps% (didnt log the icv) and retarded base timing to -20 at this rpm it bangs little flames when shifting deceleration tab untouched - everything left stock for 328i is retarding timing at low load harmful for the engine?

is retarding timing at low load harmful for the engine? I would say not harmful, I have been running like this for over a year, flames on shifting plud pops and bangs, i had no luck with the decel tables.

Has anyone done something like this before? This is done on MS43 on a M54B25.. But something inside me is saying this should be possible too for the MS41 :p https://youtu.be/sE4qMvrmFm0

I actually found the best way to achieve this was the settings in fast decreasing throttle detection. You can drop the threshold for how early it enters fast decreasing throttle mode... One of the main factors if I remember correctly was engine load.

Following the above post, an example of what I've had a go with in the fast decrease detection.
Tables on top are what I've changed and tables below are factory 1429861 328i.

So....... after a long time using RR now my tune is pretty sweet and happy with how the car performs so sue to snowy weather i have got MLV and what a game changer !! Watching my logs playback via histograms i can see exactly what it going on with such a clear view.
So being bored i went back to the decel. Everyone seems to like a pop and a bang now days, including myself but so far nobody has had success in terms of for example any running like an "RK Tunes" burble/flame tune.
I managed to get really good pops and flames at High RPM by retarding timing 6500 and down in the lowest 2 cell loads in the base timing and adding minimal fuel in those cells on base fueling and would work by feathering the throttle. it only worked by feathering the throttle, If i dont feather i have noticed that the Log does not follow the base timing i inputted at all on Decel or even the decel tables, it keeps timing pretty advanced. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED IMAGE)
the timing only starts to come down at lower RPM, we all know that "RK TUNES" pops and bangs anywhere on decel so is there anything anyone has changed to get the decel tables retarding timings at high RPM on initial lift off.
I have worked on this before just for s*** and giggles but got nowhere, it must be something simple we are missing unless there is a table somewhere not defined yet.

I thought you had ms42,. But 41 uses icv to Verstuurd vanaf mijn G8441 met Tapatalk

Hi guys, I was tuning an ECU with an internet guy to get pop corn. I am already starting from a map to adapt the m50 intake, exhaust and filter in my M52. Then I commented to add even more pop corn when you raise the pedal and step very lightly modifying the Ignition Base. Can someone tell me that he sees the map?
