hello good how are you, today I tried to write a partial file in 2 switchboards of my friends, it turns out that when writing I get an error that says "sw version do not match" really when I that message came out I decided not to move forward for fear of breaking the switchboard, and I tried to load a complete file and I get the same message, does anyone know what it means or what can happen if I write on them?

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

That error only pops up when writing a tune. The ecu has a different sw version.

So if you want to copy another ecu, do a full read and load the full read to flash on the new ecu.

OR it is possible you have an eBay tune where they FF out the version number in the tune

ok then I will load a complete file in them, the truth is that those control units were bought from a person.... I have tried to load the partial file in romraider and it tells me "ecu definition not found" maybe that's why I get that message when writing?

Sounds like a classic case of eBay tunes.

I have noticed that these switchboards bring Index 11, instead the one I have is Index 10, what does the Index mean?

Doesn’t matter.
