This seem real interesting, would love to follow the progress on this.
From some googling and wiring diagrams, it seems like the signal for exhaust flap from MS41 is pin 52

Hey friend i appreciate the good vibe and for going out of your way to help me, but yeah i just took the easier route and bought an external thermostat fan switch to get the the fan on earlier.
On another note check out my instagram shes running pretty decent now. Just gotta tune it up a bit.
