ECU portal only allows you to change between 1 and 2 bank o2 sensors. It does not touch post-cat o2s. It's likely you switched to bank 1 only and now you have codes for your missing rear bank 1.
Switch back to dual channel o2s and disable the DTCs for rear o2s.
Hey i appreciate the break down, i get what you mean, but I also forgot to mention im running a turbo so should i still switch it to dual
