Hello everyone!
I've had the m50 intake working on my m52b25 for a while now.
Car runs fine, with stock map.
I only detect that from 6000 rpm onwards, the car has small jerks at full throttle.
I have tried stock map and have misfires as well.
The car worked fine with the 25 manifold, but little by little these misfires have been accentuating.

The spark plugs seem to be fine, I cleaned them and so on, but the fault continues...

today, doing some tests, I have lowered 6 degrees of ignition on the stock map to test, and with -6 degrees, I get knocks!!!!

How is it possible that my ECU corrects almost 4 degrees, even though it has gone down 6 degrees to the original map?
I can't find the fault, and I have tackday in 2 weeks and I would not like to run with that fault between 6000 and 7000 rpm

any ideas?
regards

ur log still shows well advanced ign advance compared to stock m52b25 file. so the log u posted is not for a stock ignition map.

also check ur fueling with wideband lambda tool. most likely u r running too rich on top above 6000 rpm which causes those small jerks and rpm drops.

again. without proper wideband and tuning afr at WOT u r just going to chase ur tail...

Thanks bro.
Sorry, that log was whit 4/5 degrees of advance.
But The question is.
The car must run fine whitout ecu remaping?
Whit an stock ecu, you put The m50 manifold, and you need ecu mapping for adjust The gasoline?
I think that whit stock maps, The car must run fine, because whit stock maps, you can see fuel tables definited at 640 mg/stroke

Whit stock manifold The top mg in my car was 550
Now whit m50 manifold, The top is 570mg
So i think that The ecu can manage this whitout problems.

Whit stock map, i have knocks at 6000/6200 whit 4 degrees!!!! Thats crazy, but isnt knocks, i think that this problem is detected By knocks sensors, but isnt a real knock

I have tried a new fuel pump, new coils... and i have The same problem in hihg rpm .

A small vacum leake can cause this problem? Only in 3er 4r gear at 6000rpm? I dude

I accept sugerences jajaja
And i dont have a widband... i hope.
Sorry for my English
O hope to solve that problem and helps someone like me jaja
Thanks regards
