So i been getting the:

202 Lambda Regulation Bank 1 Post Cat

227 Mixture Deviation Bank 1

Honestly i dont know how. I converted my ms41.1 to ms41.2 and im 100% i disabled post cats on RR and through ms portal. Even double check to see if it was.

At this point im pulling my hair because im not really sure if i missed a step

ECU portal only allows you to change between 1 and 2 bank o2 sensors. It does not touch post-cat o2s. It's likely you switched to bank 1 only and now you have codes for your missing rear bank 1.

Switch back to dual channel o2s and disable the DTCs for rear o2s.

Are you running 1 O2? If so then no keep it single channel and disable the rear o2

busterhax yeah sorry about that, but thats how i had it before when i was getting the codes. Single channel for turbo manifold, all the upstreams are enable beside the downstreams. Another thing i notice is when the engine warms up these codes pop up along with the engine going from a really good idle to a lean condition causing the idle to drop significantly and wanting to stall. Really at this point im feeling like the o2 might be on its way out? Image

79/61 is all you need to disable the rears. Are the o2s unplugged from the rear connectors?

Yup. Only thing plugged in is the single upstream and my wideband. Just to clarify though. Do you mean leave all others enabled and just disable 79/61 in RR?

Shouldn't matter. You should figure out your mixture deviation code. It poor tuning may be throwing the other as a false positive.

Wait, so you have your wideband connected to a front o2 sensor? There's your mixture deviation issue.
Wire it to a rear o2 input.

No lol. My o2 is on bank one and my wideband is going directly to my gauge. I actually flashed my ms41.2 back to ms41.1 and shes not throwing the code anymore. Hopefully never. Nonetheless thanks for caring hahaha ill make sure to report any updates that can be of help
