Hi! New MS41 tuner here, looking for some guidance or "hey, you've done something obviously wrong" here if anyone is willing

Some background:
Car: 1997 328is 5mt
Cable: Bimmergeeks KDCAN
20 pin: Msportparts adapter for write mode and OBD2 port in car use: https://www.msportparts.com/products/ms ... l2hIBUY8kW

I was able to successfully read a partial and full tune from the ECU using the quickflash tool. After making a small change to the partial and trying to upload the tune, I see an error:
"Error preparing ECU. Please try resetting ECU for 10 seconds"

This seems like it would be an issue with the ECU not being in write mode, but I am not sure. Has anyone seen something like this before?

This was solved by multiple retries of flashing the partial when running the application as admin, and cycling the ignition a few times over.
