Hello everyone, I’m having trouble using the logger. I downloaded the correct definitions and did everything required for the program to work properly, but with my MS41.0 I was only able to read a few parameters with the car turned off and using the DS2 protocol. In standard K-line I couldn’t get communication with the ECU. Reading in DS2 with just the ignition on worked, but when I start the engine to read the ECU with the engine running, the logger loses communication with the ECU and the computer starts playing the Windows alert sound as if the cable were disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. The same thing happens with INPA: with only the ignition on I can read the modules normally, but with the engine running the cable stops working. Does anyone have any idea if the cable might be defective or if there could be a grounding issue in my car’s electrical system?
Note: I even checked pin 19, which is the ground for the 20-pin connector, and it’s fine. I don’t know what else to do. If there’s no solution, I’ll have to buy a new K+DCAN cable, and if anyone has a link to a reliable one, I’d appreciate it if you could share it here.

It could be electrical interference from the engine while it's running. Ferrite cores on the cable may help.
