Got very scetchy quesiton about problem with Pop and bang.

Got my ms43 ecu done by good person who has skills ,but now we are front of problem witch both of us cant figure out wheres the problem.
Problem
"Pop and Bangs wont work as it should. Its been programmed to Cruise Control button.But it Works only 1-2 seconds and then stops.
Rpm has been raised to 7000rpm.(if this mean anything here)
But it works for 1-2 secs and then stops, and if i press it again like toggle on off then it works only seconds.
Is there any good person who have Glass ball and third eye ,to tell where to find the problem.(why dont it work longer(meaning when i rev up and let foot off from throttle)
