Hello i am new on nissan side
i have v36 orginal auto now manual swapped
what i should change on ecu side?
also want do some tuning for more power

There's an Auto/Manual Transmission Flag that you would want to set to manual, as the control logic does differ for automatics and manuals. But you'd be better off just flashing an equivalent manual transmission ROM to ensure that all of the calibration tables are optimized around your transmission.
