Are there any hardware devices that can be used for logging other than the Openport 2.0?

It doesn't appear I am going to be able to get my hands on one anytime soon, and I don't trust the Chinese clones as they can brick themselves if used with the incorrect driver.

I have a Bosch MTS 6531 on hand.

are there any others I'm not aware of?

(using a K-line ZB070 ECM from a 2005 Altima SE-R)

You can datalog common signals with NDS II for $50. It works with the same VAG-COM cable that Nisprog uses and also supports many features like idle relearning and key reprogramming. I've used it quite a bit on my Z.

If you can't get a genuine Tactrix OP 2.0 and don't want to wait for 3.0 - just buy a chinese clone for like $20-30. The authentic one is better and I wouldn't flash a car with a chinese clone, but for logging it's ok. Sometimes it glitches after you restart the car and you have to reconnect it but otherwise it's ok-ish. Bricking is not an issue if you don't update the drivers., however a lot of these clones will even survive an update. I've accidentally connected mine to the laptop with the latest official drivers - no issues at all)
You can try another j2534 PassThru adapters if you have any on hand, in theory they should work with Romraider Logger, but I'm not 100% sure.
