NDSII's active tests are only a small part of what the Nissan Consult II does.

Are there any other tools that can do things like activate the VIAS solenoid and VTC solenoid (just an on-off in my case) that Consult II can do?

The Consult-3 ! ha ha.

But seriously, I don't about 3rd party software. They're not fancy commands, just certain SIDs that you could even send manually via nisprog. Those SIDs are all in the C3 data files of course, but they're very hard to sort / figure out, it's hundreds of cross-referenced XML files with fragments of info in each.

Ah bugger. I was hoping to RAM dump, force enable the solenoid and RAM dump again, locate the RAM address(es) that change when enabled and work backwards from there to find ROM addresses referenced by same function(s) for the VTC thresholds.

I really don't know what I'm looking at with disassembled code but I've got a few clues from it.

Anyone know if this is for consult 2? https://github.com/fridlington/K11Consu ... ssue_6.pdf

NDS2 says it supports the Nissan Micra 99-Later ECU’s (K11) but I’m not knowledgeable on micra’s or if the K11Consult even means that haha

Well that's unfortunate lol I already looked through those consult files once, not sure if I have it in me to try disassembling all that  Theoretically I could sniff what NDS2 sends, but if I wanted access to basic consult functionality, I'd just utilize NDS2 lol
