I got a 06 350z and I got a 03 350z I used the 06 engine harness and I checked all the grounds and the nats been deleted and I’m getting a u1000 code could it be because I still using to 06 ecu and if so can I just flash the ecu with the 03 bin

06 ecu is SH7058 and 03 is SH7055. You can't flash 7058 with 7055 firmware. You can get SH7055 for cheap and flash it but I believe you need to do something with that 06 harness.
