PCMFlash seems to have one, but it gave me errors when trying to write to a RBC ECU. I don't have a RBB vehicle I can try writing to. And I don't think there's a way to export the file once it calculates the sum.
Anyway. Let me know if anyone is interested in seeing what I've got
