Steady throttle fluctuations

On steady throttle the rpm fluctuates. Check the video
Any idea why is that? and what causes it? Any troubleshooting steps

if it's nothing silly in the throttle maps then it's just hunting. Check your AFR's and see if they are moving around as well.

in the vid the AFRs look steady at idle and hunt I'm guessing that's neutral holding rpms the AFR fluctuates between 13 - 17 with the rpms. Does it have an aftermarket pressure valve?

I dont think its the throttle map
Yes the AFR is moving as well.
Yes I am on aftermarket RE-circulated Valve.
