when i go to ecu definition manager i cant apply the definition i downloaded. it is the most current on the list. do i have to have it plugged into a vehicle to open a definition? my cable isnt here yet i just want to see what the coding actually looks like on a bmw ms41

in romraider editor is this? You don't need to be attached to a car to edit the file, what happens when you try to open the map up?
