Hi! I am New here and I would like to tune my bmw e46 with ms42. I have a kess which I use for reading and writing ecu. Can I tune my file which is read by kess with romraider?

yes, romraider is not a flasher it's an editor/logger so assuming you've set it up right with all the files and definitions it needs then it will work.
