Noob question: Does timing affect airflow directly?
I am asking that, because I noticed in one of my vehicles that MAF reads lower than it should. After analysing it further, there is substantial knock retard.
Retarded timing for sure affects torque/hp, but does it affect airflow directly?
I wonder if I have one problem (knock) or 2 different problems (knock + low airflow)..
