2006 wrx I can list the upgraded parts if needed but nothing major. All powered with an evo 3 big 16g. My tuner said that 1.24-1.20 means a vacuum leak. I have put many, many hours into it and can not find anything. Car runs great. Should i keep looking before the final e-tune?

The only place that i would consider as the last place are the injector seats. They were new and went in fine so i have not done that yet. I have done many pressure tests, carb cleaner test, new hoses-lines, clamped lines, removed clamps, cleaned connections, cleaned the maf, swapped the maf, and removed both catch cans.

first post and first file attachment so give me pointers if i failed.

Are you sure that there is no leak around the front O2 sensor? Manifold, uppipe, crosspipe, etc...

Check fuel pressure and pump flow capacity AT IDLE.

It looks like your fuel pump is not working properly at low voltage (33% FuelPumpDuty).

I will post a new log with that parameter. Walbro 255 pump if that is helpful.

I will add mods after work to get better results.

I do not hear an up pipe leak but if you think that would do it i can re double check.
The o2 sensor and the rest listed have never been off but i will look.

Nothing is audio as of a leak.

Does the exhaust smell rich at idle when the car is fully warmed up?

1.2x V is where my 06 wrx idles at. Did you change injectors? If so, latency values for the injectors?

Walbro pumps very often dislike low voltage.
If you did not change injectors ( latency is under question ) you may try to connect your fuel pump just after the fuel pump relay without voltage regulator.

I idle anywhere between 1.0 and 1.3 depending on how warm the car is, if the AC is running, etc...

I have not checked if it smells rich at idle but if it did i would have noticed by now, but i will check tomorrow.

I only know the basics about tuning. I am paying some one to do it,so he is changing all the parameters. When he told me that the data shows a leak it was closer to 1.3 volts. Since i have changed lines and the throttle body coupler they have dropped to 1.24-1.20v. I just wanted some solid figures and i got them. Thanks for the responses, you have saved me from excess work.
My mods are-
2006 wrx

K&N filter
Perrin inlet
Blouch evo 3 big 16g
TXS top mount
TXS downpipe
TXS mid pipe
Blitz nur spec c axle back
colder plugs
DW 650cc injectors
walbro pump

Other mods have been done but are non power related. So far with his base tune the car pulls great. As soon as i get some time i will have him fine tune it.

My car OBXT idles between 740 RPM with a MAFv of about 1.22 and 765 RPM (when the fans kick in), MAFv 1.26. The AFR target at idle for me is 14.26.

Good Luck!

Perfect. My idle smell seems normal. just exhaust, not rich. Im going to put some logs in for a final e-tune. Car still runs great even on the base tune.
