Post subject: LC-1 vs stock wideband...which could be wrong here?

Basically ever since I've owned it, my lc-1 has disagreed with my stock 07 Sti wideband signal. Now I know that the stock wideband isn't accurate in boost but I hear that it's at least fairly accurate during cruising and idle.

My problem here is that my lc-1 at cruise will indicate normally about 13.9, fluctuating between 14.5 and 13.3. My stock sensor however indicates 14.4-14.9ish during these times.

I'm getting no codes or errors from either sensor and the lc-1 is set for gas and the proper range as well as being calibrated several times with no change.
I would normally in this case suspect the lc-1 except my mileage has been pretty lousy (17.9mpg mostly highway) which makes me think I may indeed be running at 13.x afrs (or keeping my foot in it a lot I suppose).
Other notes are, the lc-1 is in the normal aps downpipe location in the elbow after the turbo, and my rear sensor is present and installed with no aids (defouler). I don't trigger a code with the rear sensor installed like this either.

Any opinions on what the problem could be? Should I go out and pick up a new sensor for the lc-1 or a stock wideband sensor?

It looks like your lc1 is incorrect.

Stock sensor holds stoic at cruise and this may be verified by rear O2 sensor voltage floating around 0.5 volts.

I replaced the sensor with a new one and no change. I'll log the 3 oxygen sensors after work and see how they compare.

Mine seems to act about the same. I've been working on getting my closed loop fueling right around 14.1 lately and have been paying attention to both. The stock sensor will hover around 14.1 now, but the lc1 jumps around from 13.4 or so to 14.1.

I haven't given it too much thought and have chalked it up to the sensors being installed in different locations. The sensor seems to be functioning correctly and I have free air calibrated it recently.

Well I logged the front sensor and the rear and kept an eye on my wideband (forgot my serial to USB adapter) and it looks like the lc1 sits at about 13.9-14.0 now, the front sensor was at about 14.59 and the rear sensor was at about .78 most of the time during cruise.

At idle the rear sensor was kinda all over the place.
