As above, anyone know of any that will work with USB to obd2 cable ? Tryed a few like vag com but none will read the bmw

Proscan (V5.9 here) works grand with later elm cables. I use one on the family E53 4.6IS X5.

All iv got is the blue eBay vag cable and I'm not sure it will work as I think the elm ones are different , but I have heard about people modifying the eBay ones for inpa, wonder if it would work, I will maybe download and try , cheers

Using it on an elm 3.27 cable here, will see if I can dig out the drivers etc. What cable are you using? any branding or part numbers etc on it?

It's the blue eBay vag kkk I think, it has a Fdti chip, al have a look at the chip number
