I was trying to use RomRaider to tune a 03 EVO8, and could not due to the error message above. Used OpenEcu (ecuflash) to upload the stock map, and that went ok. That is actually how I tuned it.
Am I missing something here? I have no problems w/ Subaru's, so far. But just wondering if I am missing Mitsu ECU definition files...
I can get the rom info, from the dyno laptop tomorrow. I am just wondering if I need to update.. I have current RomRaider software.
Thanks

RomRaider does not currently support Mitsubishis at all.

Thanks Merchgod... that makes a lot of sense now.
So what are people using to modify EVO 8 maps? OpenEcu?

typically ecuflash. Go on openecu.org - sometimes guys post of xml defs for mitsu roms for ecuflash for those roms not originally supported.
