I have done a lot of searching and cannot find a definition file that works. I attached my stock rom.
I attached a definition file from an 09 legacy that I got from the Github repository-using this file, ECUFLASH loaded the rom without a "no definition found" error, but I get the error "The current map description is invalid or incomplete."
It appears that if I change the ECU ID in any definition file to EZ1GD00B as shown below, it will load the bin file but not be able to edit or open the maps.

<xmlid>EZ1GD00B</xmlid>
<internalidaddress>2004</internalidaddress>
<internalidstring>EZ1GD00B</internalidstring>

Does this mean that the ECU ID for my car is EZ1GD00B? And if so why does that definition not work?
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate.

i just tried to open the rom and it worked for me with no messages about incomplete defs. That sounds more like your 32bitbase may not be up to date compared to the rom def. Try downloading the 32bitbase from github it should be near where you got the EZ1GD00B def.
