I would appreciate any help. I was trying to disable some CEL's on a customer's Forester.

Sorry. This is the hex file I saved as soon as I got done w/ EcuFlash. I do have another hex file, that I tried to use a 05 STI definition, didn't help.
Sorry, I am still learning, and hacking away.

It looks like you used the wrong read method in Ecuflash for your ecu. The rom you uploaded is unusable. You'll need to re-read it and make sure you select '2005-2006 WRX/STi/FXT/LGT/Baja' read method. I cannot add support to the definitions without a complete rom. Since the definition update will be coming out very soon, make sure you submit the rom asap if you would like it included.
