in an effort to deactivate the P0420 catalyst efficiency code as my cat is no longer doing its job properly, i have made an attempt to alter the stock ecu rom file and turn off the trouble code. However i have had some trouble. Most notably with finding the correct XML definition file to read my ROM file. i have searched and tried many XML definitions posted here but i could not get them to work in ECUflash. (most are for MT foresters or 2009 years). if anyone could help me out and create a definition for my stock ROM to disable the P0420 code i would appreciate it.
