 Post subject: Floating point calculator

merchgod asked for a way to calculate floating point values from bytes so he could test the 32-bit ECUs. After wrestling with netbeans for a WHOLE lot longer than I should have needed and even more cursing, this is the best I can/will do. And it won't run on my work computer -- hopefully it's just the environment, but it's telling me the JRE can't find a main method (which is what it did pre-1.5.0).

So... here it is. Not tested, no exception handling, but it does what it's supposed to (as far as I've seen). If it doesn't run, please, ONE person tell me and I'll see if I can fix it. If there are other problems with it, let me know and I'll take care of them.

Ok, just got home and tested it -- it runs. Apparantly my JRE is screwy at work. Yay!
