Just wondering if anyone has been able to disable deceleration fuel cut yet on a Nissan ECU, whether via RomRaider or through some other means. I did some searching but didn't find any threads on this yet.

I haven't tried, but the table template is defined. What ROM are you working with?

Anyone figured out what some good settings are for this map if you are trying to get some flames along with negative timing on slight load? The max value I can put for the RPM in any cell is 3188, it won't let me go higher. I assume this means that this won't work above 3188 rpm then? Fuel will still cut?

Turns out that map wasn't really applicable. I've discovered separate Bosch and JECS fuel cut maps in each ROM I've seen. I updated the repo this evening so you are welcome to play around.

Hi I don't understand what these Bosch and jecs maps directly manage... That do they stand for and how are the applicable or at least what are you thinking they do exactly... I don't want to start toying around with them until I have a better understanding also if you could help me understand the torque management maps and altering them... are these controllig wot and throttle closing and such I've been also looming into data comparing on different roms to hopefully discover corresponding dtc locations and data but not much time on my hands atm.... but if you could help me further understand these maps it would be appreciated and would love to help give feedback as I tweek them if needed.... I'm a technician by trait and very good with computers and electronics/ hardware and have many tools but I'm no programmer but I can usually find the common links and Connie tions with enough effort and time... long story short would love to help progress any way I can especially on the 8u92a defs as I have a 03 spec that I've converted to 04 and am currently using said ecm

For anyone curious, Bosch fuel cut and JECS fuel cut are situational. So they handle different things such as brake switch being on, AC switch being on, defogger being on, etc. The logic also varies from auto to manual, so it’s a fun time lol I’d recommend changing both tables to the same values just to be safe. There’s also a vehicle speed value that you could raise to your speed limiter if you wanted just to be extra cautious. I’d rather just disable the logic entirely and have it just rts back to the original function however.
