Hey crowd first post here, been lurking for a while as I've messed with flashing then data logging my MS41(.1). Anyways I'm new to reading data logs and it seems some of the values are not converted. Nonetheless it appears as if the bank 2 STFT is inactive compared to bank 1. My first thought was o2 sensor plugs swapped but that still wouldn't answer it. Let me know what you think. This was just a drive to the corner store/back.

Thanks

Could you have possibly set it to single channel O2 in the control bits?
I don’t recall how it logs

Turns out the logging definition file im using is for a MS41.2 M3 and not a MS41.1. Not sure if there are differences in the o2 logging.
Edit: Im also using ALDLdroid and not romraider until i get another laptop.

Confirmed 2 channel o2 feedback is active. Also checked live date with MS41 flash tool and same inactive STFT Bank2, Constant -50.18. Car has new front OEM NTK front o2's. I believe rear o2 bank1 is going out however that shouldn't matter. Is it possible STFT Bank1 Represents Both banks?

No.
Can you swap o2 plugs on the fuel rail temporarily to see if the issue switches to bank 1? the car will not run perfect and may throw a code but this is just a temporary quick test.

edit: looking at the log again- are you sure you don't have a hardware issue such as vacuum leak or the wrong tune? bank one is up there in the -30s-40s. Bank 2 pegged at -50 may just be completely maxed out and can't pull anymore.

I tried that swap already and it defiantly made it idle worse, did not check data however. I spent quite a while looking for vac leaks (pressurized intake) due to LFTF's repeatedly rising higher then I thought they should.Hence the new upstream o2's. The car is m52b28 with s52 cams so not sure there is a "rite tune" it is based of 328 ms41.1. Cruising on the highway the upstream o2's both alternate signal voltage as i would expect if the car was running correct. Thanks for the troubleshooting help.

Copy too many variables. Will swap front o2's and check if nonreactive/maxed STFT follows. As well as stock bin, Ill have to run an EWS bypass at least. If firmware version matches I should be able to use a partial from the stock Roms list? Just double checking. The STFT should be a function of Upstream o2 correct?

So,Prior to stock ecu I swapped front o2 connectors @ fuel rail and STFT bank2 remains inactive. Today swapped to another Stock DME/ECU I have(Confirmed In Ecu editor compare feature) and still inactive STFT bank2. Log attached post swap. Got RR logger working to compare and neither lambda integrators were active.

As a side note LTFT 1 seems to be inactive/pegged across every log as well. Car seems to run normal.
