Your chip doesn’t look like it’s properly seated in the socket. The pins need to be sandwiched by those tiny gold clamps

Maybe this memory is damaged? I have heard that there are such cases. Soldering failed for me, most likely. The driver is dead. It happens.

Look at his photo. The chip isn’t seated properly.

Reading is solved by unchecking the "check ID" but now another problem. RR says no ecu def found and wols shows this

You need to push chip hardly from above with your fingers and then try to read it.

and DO NOT uncheck "check ID"

Agreed. With these you need to ID the chip or else you’ll get junk. Get the pins nice and clean and make sure it’s seated properly.

When I check ID gives this error. When I uncheck it it is reading something.

It gives the error because the chip is not seated properly. When you uncheck, it tries to read bad data. I'll say it one last time, get the chip properly cleaned and seated until you are able to do a read with ID check.

Are you able to identify and flash the ecu via OBD port? If not, then you probably have cold solder joints.
