Starting a thread for this journey that has take a year already. Started by pulling the engine and doing a complete head job, then throwing in a bunch of parts: Forged pistons, ARP studs. Did TGV deletes and updated the VF48 with a billet 11-blade CHRA from Melett. Bosch 1150cc injectors and a random set of other mods like cyl-4 cooling and parallel fuel lines, oil pickup.
I have just put this together and have made few short runs after crudely scaling the injectors with instructions from various sources. It's mostly x50% to all PW values and adjusted flow and latency with values from Bosch. I have a WB lambda, but cannot yet log it to the same tables as other values. I have to get that wired first. It's an SLC free2 system that outputs 0-5V that I can tap into one of the TGV's or maybe into tactrix 2.5mm stereo input. I would prefer keeping the TGV's for ethanol content and fuel / oil pressure.
Fuel pressure is logged 1.7V being 3 bar. Ethanol content not relevant at this point. I'm going into flex fuel as soon as everything else is sorted out. Running on this log 98 octane E3%
I'm experiencing a bit of smoke/steam running a bit rich. Some pops in the exhaust when lettin off the throttle. I have zeroed wastegate and target boost tables to stay safe. Engine sounds happy. Help with scaling these injectors and getting a base map for VF48 would surely be appreciated.

Do you have injector data from the manufacturer?

Yes, I have injector flow and latencies. Values are on the current map.
