I got this issue with two different STIs. FLKC occasionally goes out of control (once every a couple of weeks) with erratic, constant & high readings (as high as 8 degrees) as the engine being revved. It's phantom knock as confirmed by det cans. The only remedy to this issue is by resetting the ECU or disconnecting the battery, the issue would get fixed (0 FLKCs) until it comes back a week or two later. Again, this is definitely phantom, initial IAM is set at 16, so no timing drop when resetting the ECU. Is that some sort of a bug in the ROM?

Never seen this happen before on any of the cars I've used it on, are you using maf or map for fuelling and anything strange or unusual about the two cars? If you tuned them yourself post the rom and a log of it happening?
